Skills & Drills are classes that are designed to augment and supplement the combat and escape training offered at Street Safe. Core strength exercises, balance, footwork, agility, freerunning, flexibility, courage building, precision, control, speed,endurance, dexterity, coordination and so much more are packed into these lessons.
Many of the skills and disciplines we work on during these sessions are outside, on uneven or unstable ground under close supervision to make the safest possible training conditions to develop the best possible state of preparedness for combat outdoors, but a great number of the drills we do will make it worth while just to get fit, flexible and agile for sports or lifestyle, or even just for confidence.
